New Tools and Features to Improve Document Accuracy and Speed
Now Available
Streamlined Representative Signer Process
Previously, when you needed to add a representative signer to your transaction, you had to click to add the representative and remove the first signer if you wanted them to sign first. We've heard your feedback, and we've made it easier!
Now, you can simply click "Make representative signer" in the transaction form to instantly assign signing capacities to any signer or signing group—without needing to remove or rearrange anything.
This small change will save you time, give you more flexibility, and make your experience even more efficient.
Oregon Support for In-House Notaries
We are excited to announce that we will soon welcome Oregon state commissioned in-house notaries to the Proof platform!
Although we are starting off with in-house notaries, we plan to extend to NSTs next.

New "Tools" Navigation for Easier Access
To improve the visibility of tools available in the platform and help you get started faster, we added a “Tools” section to the left-side navigation of your business portal. These tools already exist, but they’re not intuitive to find. To make it easier to access these tools with fewer clicks, we’ve now made a dedicated section that makes these tools easier to find:
- Document Templates
- EasyLinks
- Referral Campaigns
With this update, you'll have quicker access to these powerful tools, streamlining transaction creation and increasing your team's productivity.
Improve Document Accuracy with Field Instructions
We’re excited to announce the launch of Field Instructions, designed to enhance document accuracy and ensure smoother execution.
If you’ve ever encountered a field that’s frequently completed incorrectly, you can now use Field Instructions to add clear, concise tooltips to guide signers and notaries, eliminating confusion and ensuring proper execution of each document section. This feature is available for signer and notary field types and works seamlessly across desktop and mobile web platforms.
Signers can view instructions specific to their designated fields, while notaries will see instructions for both signer and notary fields. This added clarity will help reduce errors and ensure all fields are filled out correctly, speeding up the document completion process.
As we continue to innovate, we remain committed to delivering features that save you time, reduce complexity, and help you focus on what truly matters.
