We are excited to announce that Proof has partnered with the State Bar of Texas to offer online notarization services as an official member benefit. With this partnership, over 114,000 attorneys across Texas will have preferred access to our trusted online notarization platform, helping them streamline workflows, reduce document turnaround times, and serve their clients more efficiently.

Thousands of lawyers already rely on Proof for a range of critical legal documents, from affidavits and powers of attorney to trusts, wills, and court filings. By taking advantage of this benefit, State Bar of Texas members can conveniently notarize documents online, eliminating the need for an inefficient, unsecure paper-based process.

“The State Bar of Texas is committed to providing innovative solutions that enhance the practice of law for our members”, State Bar of Texas Executive Director Trey Apffel said. “Our partnership with Proof reflects this commitment by offering attorneys a streamlined, secure, and efficient way to manage notarizations. We expect this new benefit will allow our members to focus more on serving their clients and less on administrative tasks.”
