Our new Clone Transaction feature in the Proof portal is designed to streamline your transaction creation process! With this new functionality, users can easily clone any existing transaction with just a click.

The cloned transaction will retain all the details of the original, including documents and tags, allowing for a faster and more efficient workflow. Whether you're working on similar transactions or need to replicate a transaction, the Clone Transaction tool helps expedite your transaction creation, minimize errors, and eliminates the need to enter repetitive details manually.
In addition, you can use the “Replace document” feature, which allows you to swap out files while retaining all your original tags.
The Confidence You Need To Make Changes
The Edit Transaction feature gives our business customers greater control and peace of mind when managing sent transactions.
Previously, a sent transaction could not be edited once it had been sent, leading to confusion and the potential for duplicate transactions.

With the new Edit Transaction button, you can now easily make updates to sent transactions before recipients begin their signing journey. This feature empowers you to quickly make necessary changes and update the transaction, ensuring a smoother, more efficient process.
Combat Fraud with Identify In-person Verification
As reported by the American Land Title Association, 30% of title agencies encountered seller impersonation fraud attempts in 2023 — this figure is expected to rise in 2025 and beyond.
Protect your business from fraud using the Identify In-person Verification tool—simply print out the customized PDF, have your customers scan the QR code, and complete the Identify transaction as a crucial first step in securing your closings.

With the new "print" option on Identify EasyLinks, title agents can now print out a customized PDF, branded with their business colors, to verify identities in person. The QR code is auto-printed, making it easy to share with customers on-site.
This new functionality provides a streamlined method for in-person verification and reinforces security by putting Identify at the forefront of every closing, whether online or in person.

Going forward, when users sign up or update their password, we will check it against a list of commonly known or breached passwords before acceptance. Users will be prompted to create a stronger one if the chosen password is deemed weak or compromised.
