At Proof, we've been hard at work. While partnering with industry leaders to redefine trust in every transaction, we've also been actively listening to the needs of their teams. We’ve heard from the access-conscious, the security-focused, the provisioning experts, and the deployment champions—the ones who work late to ensure others can succeed.

We've listened—and we've built.

Introducing Command Center.

Command Center is Proof’s new enterprise administration hub, built for the IT teams, center of excellence experts, and compliance gurus. Command Center provides precise control over corporate policies, authentication, access control, security, and settings at scale. It streamlines enablement, making administration more efficient and secure.

Command Center is a unique product experience, and access can be granted administration-level roles, including Owners, Admins, or User Managers at your root organization. Once access is granted, users will navigate to a brand new portal within the Proof platform.

Seamlessly manage multiple departments or lines of business

You want a consistent experience for your customers. You want to ensure that you have visibility and access into every teams’ use of Proof within your organization.. You don’t need admins wasting hours configuring account setups.

With Proof, you can create individual organizations for each line of business or branch, segmenting data and ensuring proper visibility.

From Command Center,  your center of excellence team will find a visual representation of all your branches and lines of business. The Company Directory houses many key features designed to collectively streamline organizational management and enhance visibility, optimizing your ability to manage and deploy Proof across your entire company.

Controlling access for all employees? No problem.

Managing employee access just got easier. Command Center allows you to enforce the principle of least privilege, granting users specific access to only the data and tools they need.

With the ability to review and manage all users from one centralized location, you can easily streamline offboarding and deactivate multiple users with bulk tools. No more navigating between different organizations to locate a specific user or invite a new user; Command Center provides a one-stop-shop for user and access management.

With Command Center, your teams will also gain access to use our SCIM endpoints, integrating with your identity provider and making the process even more efficient. Your identity and access management team will be well-equipped for success.

Secure all access to Proof

In addition to all of the tools you’ve come to expect for provisioning and access management, Command Center also provides you with the authentication policies enterprises require.

With domain-based authentication and access policies, you can set up Single Sign-On (SSO), providing employees with a secure, convenient login method for Proof. Proof’s SSO includes just-in-time provisioning, which ensures your teams have centralized control through your identity provider.

Moreover, domain policies enable guardrails to manage account creation. With features like "restrict unmanaged accounts," you can prevent any unauthorized transactions from your company’s email domain, ensuring oversight and compliance.

All on a high-performing platform

Trusted by large brands across multiple industries, Proof’s platform is engineered to meet the highest standards of security, privacy, accessibility, and system performance. We’re always on, always available.
